From Assessment to Employment-Ready
TPS, Tech Skill Pass, and CyberForward Programs work together as one pathway. You’re assessed on how you think and work, build skills across core tech categories, and then move into structured programs that simulate real delivery work.
Step 1
TPS Assessment
Short, scenario-based questions that sample how you think across systems, networks, security concepts, tools, problem solving, collaboration, and readiness.

- Star-level score and domain feedback
- Clear starting point: Foundations, Skill Pass focus, or Training Lab track
Output: Baseline readiness and focus areas to work on first.
Step 2
Tech Skill Pass
On-demand courses and guided practice that deepen skills in the areas TPS highlights, so you’re ready for more intensive training and work-like projects.
